Mr. Seedeeq Sarafadeen Adewale- Head, Epe Training Centre

Head of EPE centre, Lagos State Drivers’ Institute, Ministry of Transportation. Prince Seedeeq Sharaf’deen Adewale was born some decades ago in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government to the famous Oba Oyemade Oniwonlu-Onibeju royal family of Ibeju kingdom / Lakowe kingdom who was his great grandfather and direct grandson of Prince Abeju and Oba Agbeduwa, the first Oba Onibeju of Ibeju kingdom since 1482.

He had his primary education at Community Primary School, Eputu Town, and attended Iwerekun community high school, Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki for his secondary education. After successfully completed his secondary school education, he proceeded to College of Aviation for Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Transportation studies respectively. He later proceeded to Yaba College of Technology to study Urban and Regional Planning; and Olabisi Onabanjo University where he graduated with B.sc. {Hons} degree in Transportation Planning and Management.

He started his carrier as a shipping officer with Eleganza Industries Ltd. Later, he joined the service of Lagos State Government and was deployed to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) as a Pioneer Traffic Officer. Later, he was redeployed to Lagos State Drivers’ Institute {LASDRI} as an instructor, in that capacity; he was responsible for training and retraining of professional Drivers in Lagos State. Currently, he is the head of Epe Centre, {H.O.C} Lagos State Drivers’ Institute.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, United Kingdom/Nigeria {CMILT}; Graduate Member, Chartered institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria {MCIPSM};Full Member, Nigerian Institute of Shipping (MNIS), Nigeria Institute of Management and Nigeria Institute of Town Planning (NITP).  

He is the current general secretary of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (Lagos State Branch); Former Auditor, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management (Lagos State Branch), Former Financial Secretary, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (Lagos State Branch).

In recognition of his numerous strides, he was given a letter of recognition by the first and pioneer chief executive officer of the agency, Mr Ayodeji Peter Oyedokun.

Prince Seedeeq Sharaf’deen Adewale is happily married to Queen Oniwonlu Kehinde Adebisi and they are blessed with Children.
